We have summarized our Virtual Interview Process here. Anomalo is remote-first, and so are our interviews! All of our interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to make it through our interview process. We know what makes a company great are its people, and it’s important to us that we are a right fit for each other. We’re committed to regular communication so you know exactly what to expect and how to best prepare for the next steps in the interview process.

We’re a data quality platform. Anomalo connects to data warehouses and uses machine learning to monitor data sets for issues. Working remotely is great for individuals who are organized and comfortable with working asynchronously across time zones. That being said, if you prefer a structured environment with a delegated workload, then Anomalo may not be the right fit for you. We enjoy fostering strong team connections and do so by primarily communicating daily over multiple remote-friendly tools to better enhance our collaboration. The Anomalo team is spread across the United States, and we ask that every team member be available for meetings between core hours that are friendly across all US time zones (approximately 10am-2pm Pacific Time) so that we can collaborate effectively. With that in mind, as long as you have a strong WiFi connection, you are welcome to work from anywhere! Additionally, we provide every employee with a top-of-the-line computer upon joining Anomalo as well as a $2,000 stipend that can be used to ensure our team has everything they need to be comfortable and successful when working remotely.
While we love the flexibility of being remote-first, we also recognize the value of spending time together in person. We make time to get together for a company-wide offsite each quarter. Attendance at our offsites is encouraged, but not mandatory. For some of our go-to-market roles, travel may be required for tradeshows and other events.
