Eric currently serves as the data governance practice leader for Lovelytics and has the privilege of working for one of the top Databricks and data governance consultancies in the US.
Prior to Lovelytics, Eric was the principal director for data and AI with Accenture. Eric is a recognized thought leader in the data management community and is a respected writer and speaker. Eric has earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

With a global perspective and deep passion for partner success, he offers practical insights on building resilient, revenue-generating alliances in today’s evolving data ecosystem.

Daria Zhao drives technical product, content, and partner marketing at Anomalo. This includes AI/ML sales enablement, Fortune 500 customer programs, joint go-to-market with Databricks, Snowflake, cloud hyperscalers and SI partners, and more. Every day, she is inspired by Anomalo’s customers: they are advancing human flourishing, global digital connectedness, and step-change innovations with data and AI.
Prior to Anomalo, Daria built and led the cloud product marketing team at Datadog, covering AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. In this role, she launched AI-native monitoring for Oracle and NVIDIA DGX while engaging enterprise IT executives on topics of cloud ROI, infrastructure modernization, and the business value of DevOps and Shift-Left observability.
